Sandra managed my rental house for me in Ball Ground, GA. I had had a bad experience and she saved my sanity by finding, vetting, and managing the tenants. She gave me honest insights into the process, telling me her gut feelings about our applicants as she knew I wanted long-term people. But that is not the real reason I am giving her such a strong recommendation. A neighbor had been trying to buy my home for years and suddenly came into the cash to buy it outright. I mentioned that my agreement with Sandra stipulated that she would be my agent and he hesitated. He did not need to. Sandra offered me her services to look over the contracts and make sure I was protected for a low flat fee that was no where near what she could have made if she held to the letter of the law. And months later when I realized I had the wrong document to give my tax guy, she got it to me in less than 24 hours as if I was still her current client.
Sandra loves her job and what she does. She loves seeing people finding a home and she treats you the same if you have a small house with little potential for her to earn with or a million dollar development. She knows the real estate network on a first name basis and has a great relationship with everyone because she is honest and respectful. I had a fantastic experience with her and if I choose to get another home up in the mountains she is who I will call.
