Everyone at her office (Taylor) were super informative reminding us about dates, paperwork, etc. Taylor even came out to my job to get me to sign a form that had a deadline that I would have missed if it wasn’t for their consideration and genuine care. I was very pleased with our experience with Sandra and her staff. Even after we signed the contract on the new house she was still constantly checking in and advising us. I had had a bad experience and she saved my sanity by finding, vetting, and managing the tenants. She gave me honest insights into the process, telling me her gut feelings about our applicants as she knew I wanted long-term people. Trust me, this was not a money maker for her, but she works hard and believes in forming relationships over making the quick buck. The years we worked together were great. But that is not the real reason I am giving her such a strong recommendation. A neighbor had been trying to buy my home for years and suddenly came into the cash to buy it outright. I mentioned that my agreement with Sandra stipulated that she would be my agent and he hesitated. He did not need to. Sandra offered me her services to look over the contracts and make sure I was protected for a low flat fee that was no where near what she could have made if she held to the letter of the law. And months later when I realized I had the wrong document to give my tax guy, she got it to me in less than 24 hours as if I was still her current client. Sandra loves her job and what she does. She loves seeing people finding a home and she treats you the same if you have a small house with little potential for her to earn with or a million dollar development. She knows the real estate network on a first name basis and has a great relationship with everyone because she is honest and respectful. I had a fantastic experience with her and if I choose to get another home up in the mountains she is who I will call.

!! She truly represents her clients and makes getting you the best deal possible, personally!! I will never use anybody but her and I couldn't recommend that you do the same more! We ran into the craziest situation in the last sale but she took it upon herself to make it an even more positive experience than I even thought possible. The only feedback I could possible give is that I wish we could clone her. After going through a couple of realtors, Sandra was the most knowledgeable on the area, and EXTREMELY insightful when it came to putting together competitive offers. This is someone who knows what they're doing, coupled with the fact that she doesn't push a home on you just to get the sell, she points out every detail to ensure you know what to expect and that the property fits your needs. She was available when needed. She helps us through the process well. The selling realtor seemed out of touch. She did a lot to help with that. There were some bank issues that she helped out with. I appreciate her time and energy put into it.

!!! Ms. Glenda is a dream come true. If I have an issue or problem before I get off the phone with Glenda she has the issue/problem solved or being worked on. She is always a pleasure to speak to and you can always hear the sincerity in her voice. Of all the leasing management groups I have dealt with Glenda is the best.
